Quality - We are not interested in creating cookie cutter lifeless clothing. We are proud to provide clothes that fit, that have darts and seams in the right places! Clothes that will fit your curves and body lines, not clothes that your curves will stretch to fit! Most of all, the Pink Doll makes clothes THAT LAST!!! Our darts, seams and straps are reinforced! We use lining in nearly all bottoms, excluding most shorts, and in tops when applicable.
Pride - Every piece is made with care in the US not mass manufactured in some factory overseas like most sexy clothing companies. The Pink Doll uses quality machines, fabric and supplies, and we draft all our own patterns! Pink Doll clothing is made one by one with exceptional attention to detail, each item has been inspected for any possible manufacturing defects and is shipped in excellent condition and quality.
Originality - Because the Pink Doll does not mass manufacture ANY clothing items, you will never have to worry about many girls wearing the same outfit as you when you purchase something from us! You will have a true One of a Kind or Limited Run item of clothing!
Q. Do You Have A Catalog?
Currently, all our products are online and we do not have a physical catalog due to our frequently changing inventory of One of a Kind clothing and Limited Runs.
Q. Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?
At this time Pink Doll does not offer Wholesale purchasing due to our unique format of Limited Run and One of a Kind pieces.
Q. How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We ship all merchandise though USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO Box addresses. FREE Insurance and Tracking Number at no additional charge! Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air Only. All clothing is shipped discreetly with only "PDB" on the package.
Q. When Will I Receive My Order?
Ready made items are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order.
Made to Order items require 7-10 days before shipping, expedited shipping options will not affect the time it takes to create your item.
Custom Orders require 1-2 weeks before shipping, expedited shipping options will not affect the time it takes to create your item.
Q. Do You Ship Outside The United States?

Please be sure you love it before you buy, because of the nature of the items we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any questions, we are always happy to help!
Q. What Size Should I order?
We have provided a sizing guide here on the website. Each item is created as size liberal as possible, if you have any questions about the particular sizing of an item feel free to contact the Pink Doll and inquire!
Q. How Do I Order Something Custom?
Pink Doll loves custom orders. If you have a specific vision, a vague idea, or something in between, bring it to us. Custom work ranges from simply altering one of our existing designs using special colors, motifs or add ons; to designing something totally new from your drawings or reference material.
Q. How Do I Care for My New Pink Doll Clothing?
Standard care is hand wash and lay flat to dry although most items can easily be put in a garment bag and into the washing machine (excluding sequin fabrics that may snag or catch and other specialty accessories, jewels, etc.), we highly recommend not using a laundry dryer since it can be damaging to lycras, knits, elastics etc.
